All better
Posted in: Spooky by Cat on September 30, 2006
The Haunted Calendar is feeling much better these days. It’s been re-vamped, is much prettier, and has been updated with new haunts!
Additionally, I have finally got off my ass and joined the FrightFest Northwest list, so I hope to have a lot more local yard and home haunts to add.
In other news, I have procured my first Halloween injury: a small burn from a hot-wire knife. I am branded. Go me!

Yes, it’s Halloween radio. The SU and I were just saying the other day how this must exist somewhere.

Somehow my haunted calendar got very messed. I will get it fixed this weekend. I have been working on it quite a bit to get rid of the extraneous code and make it prettier. Also, I have a couple more events!

Artistic geekery at its very finest. I found myself having assembler flashbacks looking at these. Thanks, Spousal Unit!

Tragedy on The Mall

I can almost picture the heartbroken six-year-old who dropped this.
Today was spent getting loot at the Spirit Halloween Store, getting a couple fall jackets from the fleece lady at Saturday Market, and just generally having a good time. I left my credit card at the Spirit store, but it wasn’t so bad, because we got to go back! On the way out of the mall, we spotted these folks having an open house, and talked to one of the team members for a while about the sport. Spousal Unit wants to give it a go. Sounds like fun.
